How much is Postage & Handling?

Postage & Handling for Australian residents:-
Shoes - $15.00 + $5.00 Per additional item.
Boots - $20.00 + $5.00 Per additional item.

Australian Residents can select “Courier Service” or “Express Post” for delivery.

What Happens After I Place My Order?
After your order has been placed online you will receive a confirmation copy via email. The confirmation copy will contain all the item/s you have purchased plus the delivery address and delivery method you have selected. Please check your confirmation order to confirm that you have selected the correct sizes and colours and that the delivery details are correct.

If you don’t receive a confirmation copy of your order, it means you have entered an invalid email address and you will need to contact Shoes Online on 1300 797 579

Domestic Delivery:
Shoes Online's main freight carrier is Toll Global Worldwide Express Couriers. Toll is a Door to Door courier service and will not deliver to a PO Box. All deliveries via Toll require a signature on delivery. If you prefer your purchase to be delivered to a PO Box delivery will be via Express Post. If Express Post is used as the delivery service when you receive your confirmation email it will also contain your Express Post tracking number.

International Delivery:
Shoes Online's main freight carrier is Toll Global Worldwide Express Couriers. Toll is a Door to Door courier service and will not deliver to a PO Box. All deliveries via Toll require a signature on delivery. If you prefer your purchase to be delivered to a PO Box delivery will be via International Insured Airmail. If International Insured Airmail is used then delivery can take up to 15 working days and this service has no internet traceability. Shoes Online will send an email confirming that you understand the slow untraceable delivery service that you can expect to your International PO Box.

Domestic Packaging:
All items dispatched by Shoes Online's are packed in plain white poly bags only stating “Buy it all Online” so your privacy is assured.A Tax invoice will accompany your goods.

International Packing:
All items dispatched by Shoes Online are in plain white poly bags only stating “Buy it all Online” as the sender so your privacy is assured.

Since the events of September 11th 2001 by Australian Customs Export Law, Shoes Online must state the content of all international mail leaving the country; your purchase will be marked as a “Footwear".

Depending on the country of destination with the changing customs law's due to "Terrorist Threats" international packages may be inspected and the exact contents listed. Shoes Online has no control over this or any customs duties/taxes charged to you as the receiver.

An invoice for your purchase will accompany your goods, and conforming to Australian Taxation Laws your invoice will be dispatched in Australian Dollars as your transaction was completed in Australia.

Legal Notice Regarding Credit Card Fraud
Shoes Online having a state of the art website logs your IP Address when processing a credit card transaction. This enables us to provide our local or international law enforcement agencies with your computers address for identification purposes. Your ID address will be displayed on screen for your reference when completing your Credit Card transaction. Any attempt of Domestic or International Credit Card Fraud will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Shoes Online understand that buying over the internet can be difficult when you cannot see the item in your hand or our case on your foot to confirm if the colour, style or size is the correct choice for you.

Shoes Online offer a 85% refund on the purchase price excluding postage if you are not 100% satisfied with the style, colour or size.

When your shoes/boots arrive please inspect them to ensure that the item/s you have received are:
Ø Undamaged & are the correct item/s to your order with Shoes Online.

Ø That your purchase fit's & feel's comfortable.

Do Not try your new purchase on while standing on hard floors or concrete and please ensure you stand on carpet only and ensure you wear a clean stocking or sock.

Do not throw away the packaging if there is a problem.

Exchanges or Refunds MAY be made when:
Ø You receive the wrong size or colour.

Ø You receive damaged or marked goods.

Ø The shoe or boot you purchased doesn't fit.

Exchanges or Refunds will NOT be granted for:

Ø The Shoes or Boots that have been marked or damaged in any way including the sole

Ø Shoes or Boots returned that are not in the original packaging

Shoes Online will exchange or refund 85% of the purchase price (not including postage) providing:

Ø Items have not been worn other than the initial trying on and are unmarked.

Ø If item/s are damaged or altered in anyway.

Ø The returned item/s are not in the original packaging and box.

Ø Items Purchased within the Discounted Section are non returnable.

Returns / Exchanges WILL NOT be accepted without an RA Number and any item received without an RA Number supplied by Shoes Online will be returned to sender.

Return / Exchange requests MUST be made within 3 days of taking delivery.

A restocking fee of 15% applies to ALL returned Items.

What is the difference between Patent, PU, Stretch and Leather material?
Patent, either patent leather or patent pu, the latter being a man made material, has a very shiny, almost mirror like appearance. Pu, short for polyurethane, is a semi-shiny to non-shiny man made material designed to be less expensive than leather. Stretch, either patent or pu, is a thin, stretchable material, which allows it to fit to the contours of the feet or legs. Leather, usually having a supple and comfortable feel and with a texture pattern, is the highest quality material of all used in shoemaking.

How do you convert a man’s shoes size to a lady’s shoes size?
All Shoes fit differently. Our best rule of thumb is a two-size increase. A man’s size 9 shoe or boot converts to a woman’s size 11.

How can I remove glue marks on the shoes?
Use lighter fluid. Ordinary lighter fluid applied to a white rag will remover the glue. You can also use glue thinner which can be purchased from any shoe repair shop.

How can I change batteries on a light-up shoes?
Peel up the silver sock lining material where the ball of the foot touches, carefully remove the lighting mechanism, replace the old battery with the new one, place it back, and, using hair dresser, blow hot air at the back of the sock lining material where the glue was for a few seconds, then firmly press it back.

Do you send Catalogues?
Shoes Online does not offer printed Catalogues. We handle so many different products that it would be impractical to maintain and keep track of printed Catalogues for all of them. In addition, sending Catalogues through the mail increases our costs. In order to maintain our low prices, we show the Catalogues on our website.
